Due to the personal nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we do not accept returns. In other words, for hygienic reasons, cosmetics, skincare, brushes, applicators and nail polish cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Please request samples first. Low cost samples on products are available.
Due to the qualities of natural ingredients, there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent of products from batch to batch. During seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker.
Products will be replaced, not refunded, if there is a shipping error on our part, or damage during shipping. Please email us within 10 days of your package receipt, and we will resolve the issue immediately. If we made the error with your order, we will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement with no additional shipping charge.
Replacements are unavailable for mistakenly ordering the wrong product, disliking the color or scent of a product, shelf life issues, or products that have been altered in any way.
Returns on Jars and Bottles
Some items can be returned if they are unopened and the seals are not broken. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Please send an email to email@example.com regarding return. Customer is responsible for S&H on returned products and only the purchase cost of the products will be credited.
We recommend that you add tracking to your returned package.
Discounts and Coupons
Gift Certificates are excluded from any of the promotions offered by Beautiful Impressions Skin Care. Free shipping will be discontinued during special discount promotions.
