DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  Any package under 13 ounces will be sent First Class, which only provides the date and time of delivery.  Those greater than 13 ounces are required to be sent as Priority Mail, which provides package tracking.

Your order may be shipped from different companies and may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping and Store Policies

Shipping

Orders paid with Paypal, where payments are funded by existing PayPal funds or credit card, are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. On occasion, it may take longer for larger orders to be shipped as many of the products are custom-blend and hand-crafted. Free shipping on orders will not be available during discount promotions. Also, orders may arrive in several packages, depending on the products ordered.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal. Your order will be held until the payment is received. We do not accept personal checks.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to the state of Michigan will incur 6% sales tax on the total sales price including shipping if applicable.
